What is life coaching?

Life coaching is a moment in time focused on and dedicated to you. It’s a safe space to discuss what is on your mind and come up with practical ways to move forward. All about identifying and turning into your inner voice; it helps you to excel and find happiness.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapists have a vital role in supporting people with conditions like deep anxiety or depression, for example, so I would recommend starting there if that sounds like you. However, if you are, like most of my clients, unhappy and out of sorts, coaching can be a great option to unpick and understand what makes you feel that way and move into a more intentional way of living.

What are your prices?

My pricing is fair and transparent. Your first session is free and then its up to you to decided between indervidual sessions for £90 or a block of 6 for £460

Why do you coach? What got you into it?

In short, I got coached for the first time over seven years ago, and it changed me forever. I saw the impact it could have first-hand, and I’ve found that I’m now kinder, finally in tune with my desires, and have a better understanding of my needs. As a result, I feel more content and pursue my own version of what success looks like.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Coaching is for you if you are looking for answers and a roadmap for action. Or perhaps you are keen to have a space to discuss something that you can’t down the pub. You also need to be prepared to dedicate the time and put in the effort to get the results as they are down to you. Remember, this isn’t an overnight process, but you already know that from all you have achieved in life so far.

What happens during a session?

A session is your time, and you are in control, so bring whatever bubbles to the top of your heart and mind. I will guide you to find understanding and suggest solutions. I may also give you things to work on between sessions.

How many sessions will I need?

I wish I could answer this for you. However, there is no single answer because coaching is so specific to you and your needs. I find that six sessions over three months work well for most of my clients in order to tackle one major problem. This is why I offer a special price. However, through my own experience and that of my clients, as we dig further into our inner wants, other issues often rise to the surface, and you may wish to come back for further sessions.

How do I pick a life coach?

This is an important part of coaching as you need to ensure that you connect with the coach: after all, they will be your guide through this process of leveling up, and that can get raw at times. Make sure that you speak to them, and it feels easy. Ask yourself, do I feel safe with this person? Do I feel they can push me when needed?
